1. About these terms

ProvenAI runs provenai.dev, an intelligence database for people building AI tools. By using the site you agree to these terms, and if you register or subscribe you also accept our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please stop using the site.

2. What the service is

We gather and organise publicly available information about AI tool sites: traffic estimates, growth, channels, visitor countries, keywords and written analysis. The figures come from third-party estimates such as Ahrefs and Similarweb, plus public web information, and they are provided for reference.

3. About the data

  • Traffic, keyword and similar figures are third-party estimates and can differ from reality. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not warrant their accuracy.
  • Everything on the site is for research and study. It is not investment, business or startup advice, and any decision you make from it is your own to make and own.
  • The tools we list have no relationship with us, and being listed is not a recommendation or an endorsement. Names, logos and content belong to their owners. If you own a site and would rather not be listed, email us and we will remove it.

4. Your account

Please give accurate information when you register and keep your login secure. Activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.

5. Subscriptions and refunds

A subscription is a data-access service that starts as soon as payment succeeds, so we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires one. If you are unhappy after paying, email us and we will do what we can to help. Payments are handled by Creem, and you can cancel at any time.

6. Fair use

Please do not:

  • bulk-scrape, copy or resell the data on this site
  • interfere with how the site runs, or overload it
  • try to reach our servers or network without permission
  • use the site in a way that breaks the law

If you do, we may suspend or close your access.

7. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site's data. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
